Attachment  is a patch for --fuzz which adds a new fuzzing method.

If the length of hash is smaller than L such as 100, it will insert all
chars
before each char. Otherwise, it will insert all chars before and after
each ",.:#$*". The inserted chars are from -128 to 127, and 1, 10, 100,
1000, 10000 duplicates.

After run it with fuzz_option.pl, there is one bug found.
