Hm, to load the dagger, --encoding=utf-8 is needed. I guess it affects
--loopback[=FILE]         like --wordlist, but fetch words from a .pot file

So running --loopback, we have to specify correct encoding, otherwise
it won't use all the passwords right. Though correct field separator
should be specified too in case it is not :.
