Yes, CTRL_C works on 1.7.9 executable without patch but a patch is needed
for current john core code. Shinnok attached a git patch in his mail. I
don't know why CTRL_BREAK didn't need a patch, it's probably because CTRL_C
is handled differently by Win32.
