Subject: MMX/SSE assembler builds

Solar,

Apparently the legacy 32-bit x86 MD4/MD5/SHA1 assembler builds are
completely broken now, at least in bleeding. I recall Jim wanted to drop
that support, it's a PITA to test and maintain.

If anyone wants to fix it, I'm all for it - but I won't do it.
