Done. Code is commited (git clone
https://github.com/kmalvoni/JohnTheRipper-b master)

There is a bug in FPGA part. First run fails self test: FAILED
(get_hash[0](0)). After it it works fine.
Except this, format bcrypt-parallella sometimes works and sometimes it
doesn't. At the moment it seems to be working but it's hard to say if my
bitstream file or occasional stall of one of Epiphany cores is causing
problems.
