I succeeded in DMA transfers from block RAM in PL to high OCM and nothing
broke (yet) so I guess my initial assumption that those addresses aren't
used seems to be correct.
I'm also able to read data written by PL. I added bram controller interface

to my custom IP and I'm connecting it to port B of block ram. DMA is
connected on port A.
