Subject: Bleeding: --fork=4; 3 session continue to run if .rec file of first
 session is locked.

I just had one session running without --fork and without --session.
Then I started
./john --fork=4 ... (without --session).

One process complained about john.rec being locked, but the other three
processes continued to run.

I'd prefer if all the forked processes abort even id just one cannot
lock the corresponding .rec file.
