This patch (bleeding after my last redo of regen-lost-salts patch), fixes:

dynamic_bigcrypt
dynamic_parser
formspring
mediawiki
osc
phps

The last 4 also had an unused variable after the regen-lost-salts change patch. It is fixed here also.
