Before we finally get rid of HAVE_NSS, we would need to make sure the
format works for different architectures (e.g., we don't have endianness
or other issues).

May be even a performance comparison is necessary. We might still allow
users to optionally build the format with NSS.

But if NSS is not required, doc/README.mozilla needs to be updated as well.
