OK, let's say that is the last new format then. In the meantime I'm 
shoving in changes in a bunch of OpenCL formats that I think are almost 
mandatory, like adopting to the count argument to crypt_all() and to 
LWS/GWS environment variables. The former speeds self-test up a whole 
lot and the latter will boost testing speed (including Test Suite when 
I'm done with it).
