I was under impression that this was determined to be unneeded because
its functionality is the same as that of the included "NT" wordlist
ruleset.  Here are some ancient instructions:

The current way to do the same is with --rules=nt, without any conf file
edits.  The issue with passwords containing colons remains, though.

Indeed, it'd be nice to have a more straightforward and correct way to
accomplish this, but IIRC john-1.7.6-jumbo-12-lm2ntlm-1.diff was about
as dirty as the approach involving --rules=nt anyway.  (This is from my
memory.  I did not take another look at it now.  I could be wrong.)

Do you find john-1.7.6-jumbo-12-lm2ntlm-1.diff to be better than the
--rules=nt approach?
