Done

- minor fixes
- started preparing binaries
  Found some problems

Problems

- When I open devnotes.txt in johnny and click start attack johnny
puts a warning that process is already run. I guess it is because john
returns faster than `john --show` so `john --show` is called on john's
termination while it works on john's start yet.

- Just a specific behaviour of johnny by design: when I open
devnotes.txt there are lines like "text:" so text becomes a user name
and nothing becomes hash, so when john runs it says there are no
hashes but when I call `john --show` onto crafted passwd file john
says "NO PASSWORD" for these lines. It does not seem to be a problem
but it is a place where behaviour of johnny differs from john's one.

- Johnny could not be maximized under gnome 2. When I click maximize
window looks like maximized (e.g. no borders) but size is not changed.
- Johnny could not be resized smaller than quite big window. I had
1024x768 in vm and I had to remove panels (configured to be on left
and right sides instead of top and bottom) to see resized window. Just
tried: without panels maximization works too. So problem is in minimal
size.

Priorities

- fix LICENSE to refer to qt for binaries
- fix warnings about already working process
- build .deb
- test it on various distros
- add johnny to system menu
- try alien to build .rpm
- test it on various distros

Thanks!
