Elijah, next time you make a patch, can you please re-create the patch
using cygwin paths instead? I.e. you need to use a paths like
"/cygdrive/c/CYGWIN/home/Elijah/John/..." with no "C:" and no backslash
separators. You might need backslashes for protecting whitespace in
paths though, or enclose it in quotes.

This does not have a chance to apply (I actually thought git would parse
it but it did not). I'll fix this one manually though, no sweat.
