Yes, this was typed in by hand, and wrong ;)  The format, and dox are
correct.

Changes in this version:


--list=format-methods[=which]   changed to --list=format-methods[:WHICH] in
dox, in runtime, and the [:WHICH] added to -list=? Printout.

An invalid WHICH will print to stderr a message, and exit(1).

I believe this should be ready.

As for the listing of no test vector, this is a method test, not data test.
The normal -list=format[-all]-details should give # of test vectors.
