I just ran a quick test.  These are just as bad. :-(  I added this to
doc/BUGS for now:

Totally buggy GPU formats (pass self-test, but don't crack any passwords):
* raw-sha512-cuda
* raw-sha512-opencl
* xsha512-cuda
* xsha512-opencl
