Subject: -Wall -Wdeclaration-after-statement and clang

Looks like clang (at least my version 2.9, and I assume later versions
as well) doesn't have any problem understanding the -Wall
-Wdeclaration-after-statement options.

Shouldn't we have added -Wall to all *-clang* targets, and may be even
-Wdeclaration-after-statement?

Should we still add it?
