I just fixed the last bug I had on my list (the erroneous "max run-time
reached" when aborting before cracking started). I really hope that did
not introduce some unforeseen bug (especially when --max-run-time is not
used at all) but I have tested it in a number of ways.

AFAIK we can release now. There are problems with some GPUs and some GPU
formats that we know but that's no blocker to me.

Just a couple reminders off the top of my head:

* Do NOT include any john.local.conf in the tarball - it's created at
build but not deleted with 'make clean'

* Do remember the version in params.h :)

BTW Dhiru, Simon and others: I will now disable your write access to the
repo until things settle. I might move things around a little.
