I guess you are right.  Most of our SSE2 formats are 'multi-CPU' formats,
doing SSEx, MMX and 'any', depending upon build flags.  This one is 100%
SSEx so would not play nice, using the _plug method on any system not an
SSEx arch.

So this one will have to stay a non-plug format. Not a problem, since the 2
of you have already hooked the plumbing up that way.
