Subject: --subformat=FORMAT shoudn't be allowed without --format=crypt

Now that --subformat=LIST has been removed from john's usage output,
only --subformat=FORMAT is allowed (as a subformat when --format=crypt

IMO,
./john --format=des --test --subformat=md5
or
./john --test=0 --subformat=md5

doesn't make much sense.

The "problem" exists in john-1.7.9-jumbo-5 as well.

But so far probably hardly anybody knows that there is another usage of
--subformat besides --subformat=LIST

Now that --subformat=LIST is deprecated and --list=hidden-options
mentions --subformat=FORMAT, this might change.
