I haven't tried yet, but would this build on Cygwin if the proper
flags/package(s) was present? Does Windows matter to a Jumbo build? I
know Crypt isn't a hash that easily compiles (in windows) or is
supported (by cygwin), and I think that is in the README somewhere.
