Subject: cryptmd5-cuda testing

Lukas,

I've tested cryptmd5-cuda in magnum-jumbo using pw-fake-unix available
from http://openwall.info/wiki/john/sample-hashes

It mostly passed tests, except for one: it did not crack the empty
string even when one is provided by the cracking mode. Looks like a
minor bug for you to find and fix. --format=md5 cracks the empty string
just fine.

Thanks,

Alexander
