Because phpass is using uint4 data types what means vectorized
operations. This gives nice speedup on AMD's, and as I remember on my
CPU doesn't make much difference (i3 2100).

If Iam right there is only one Intel gpu supporting OpenCL, but there
will be more of them in the future.
