Some information about when/how to use *_fmt_plug.c, and when not to use
it, advantages of the *_fmt_plug approach (no modifications to john.c,
Makefile, ...).


Also, some information about how to use common basic functions (like
SHA-1 digest or MD5 digest functions, how to first make sure the general
functionality works, then how provide optimized versions.

Providing links to github comparing 2 revisions of a sample format might
(prior to optimization and after optimization) may be all that is needed.
