That patch and now 0013-Bartavelle-s-mdfourmmx-added.patch, which will
get into 1.7.9-jumbo-3, lack copyright and license statements.  And I've
just noticed that md5-mmx.S already in -jumbo lacks those as well.  Can
you please submit a patch adding them, perhaps shortly after I put out
-jumbo-3 (thus, for -jumbo-4)?
