Thank you for documenting this.  I am not spending time to confirm it
(I would be duplicating your work if I did, which would partially defeat
the purpose of getting you involved).

Everything becomes outdated at some point.  These older hashes are still
relevant (and will be for a while) in pentests and the like, I think.

Besides, after you do the conversion for one "format", it'd be much
quicker for you to do it for each of the rest.
