Subject: Update to wordlist, (and some portability issues)

I have released an update to the 'wordlist' 40% 'enhancement'. I beleive
this should keep all reading of files in the prior john mode, of reading the
full length line, and then in the exact same manner as before, truncate the
line lengths, and remove dups. Patch 0024 had changed this in a few places.

Also, I added 'const' to many char *, so that we chould be assured we are
not walking over buffers that should not be modified.

there are also several files (mostly in the 'non-hash' set), which have had
some portability issues addressed.

This ends the issues I am working on. It would be nice to hear from Magnum,
but this might be a good place to build a jumbo-6.

Jim.
