Hopefully we get the plugin format stuff into Jumbo-6 and then we can 
port all pending formats (SybaseASE, ssh and rar - any more?) to 
plugins. This way if any user has a problem with OpenSSL version or 
whatever, they can just move/rename that file and rebuild.
