Subject: pam_passwdqc-0.4

Hi,

There's a new version of the password strength checking PAM module,
pam_passwdqc v0.4, available at:

	http://www.openwall.com/passwdqc/

It adds two options needed for stacking with Sun's pam_unix on Solaris,
and platform-specific instructions (currently for Linux and Solaris,
plus a mention of FreeBSD which doesn't use PAM for password changing).
This version also permits for stacking of more than one instance of the
module by not relying on static storage between the two stack passes.

Owl-current has been updated to use this version of pam_passwdqc.
