Your question is too generic to be answered directly.  You don't expect
anyone to write an extra piece of documentation right here, do you? ;-)

The short answer, though, is that maybe you don't need to config.  For
many typical installs, popa3d just works, with no config changes needed.

If you think you do need to change anything in params.h, please refer to
the comments in that very file on what the different settings mean.

If you describe your specific use case - what you'd like to use popa3d
for, on what operating system, along with what MTA, etc. - then someone
might tell you whether you need to make any config changes (and which).

Also mention whether you already have popa3d working (just want it to
work in some way differently) or whether you're asking this question
proactively (just in case you need to adjust any settings, of which
you probably are not sure yet).

If you have specific questions about specific settings, please feel free
to ask those in here.
