Subject: Choosing CCs for discussions

Hi,

I've been asked by spender and PaX Team to be CCed[1] on questions
about patches that originate from grsecurity and PaX. So, I'm passing
that on and I'd like to ask folks here to please include them on CC if
you're looking for clarifications, history, or have other questions
about the code.

A common question will likely be "Who do should I credit?" It's not
always clear who wrote things.

And I've tended to have questions like "Why like this?" Though those
don't always get answered. :)

Thanks,

-Kees
