Try -inc=digits or even longer --incremental=digits .

Option is still there but it is not accessible through -i now because
another option that starts with -i was added so it is not possible to
write just -i instead of the longer name (full name is --incremental)
at the moment.

It annoys Solar Designer too. magnum works on a solution to make -i
mean --incremental again.
