OSX native compiler can't build OpenMP. See the last section in
bleeding-jumbo's doc/INSTALL, "Optimal build on OS X", for how to build
a much better binary with a real gcc and a fresh OpenSSL - it will also
support OpenMP.

--fork can't be used with --test but it will work fine for cracking

confirm and fix ASAP).
