At this time, the --rules option only accepts a parameter (the ruleset
name) in jumbo versions of JtR.  This is not supported in the main JtR
tree, nor in Pro.  When using those versions, you need to rename your
desired ruleset section to [List.Rules:Wordlist] (and rename the
original section of that name to something else).
