Great.  For those on john-users who don't know, magnum-jumbo may be
obtained with:

git clone git://github.com/magnumripper/magnum-jumbo

> 1. gcc pwsafe2john.c -o pwsafe2john  # from src/ folder
> 2. ./pwsafe2john *.psafe3 > pwsafedump
> 3 ../run/john pwsafedump

Speeds on FX-8120 (stock clocks), OpenSSL 1.0.1, 64-bit:

Benchmarking: Password Safe [32/64]... (8xOMP) DONE
Many salts:     6826 c/s real, 855 c/s virtual
Only one salt:  6826 c/s real, 856 c/s virtual
