Now sapG also got intrinsics. The boost was smaller, somewhere between 
1.5x and 2x. I may improve it a little over time, I have a couple of ideas.

Also, sapB now got salt length shortened to 12, and 8-bit characters 
internally replaced with '^' (thanks to Frank Dittrich for input).
