I can't help you with that, but I just uploaded a patch that adds OMP
support for sapB and sapG. It's only tested with the built-in self tests
though - please report any problems.

http://openwall.info/wiki/john/patches (you might get away with applying
just patches 0008, 0019 and 0024, in that order).

BTW, both these formats still use generic (non-SSE) MD5 and SHA-1. I
believe they can be made a lot faster without "resorting" to GPU.
