Subject: John for brute force attack

Hi all,

I want to use John for making a Brute Force Attack .

That will look like :

./john <options> | prog -user <user>

where prog is a program who connect to an application and receive the
password to test on stdin stream.

I don't find any option to do this, is it possible ?

Thanks
