It was in one of my earlier postings in this thread.  Here it is again:

But I did not suggest you re-write it in Perl.  Instead, I suggested
that you wrap another package of mine, crypt_blowfish, into a Perl
module.  The URL for crypt_blowfish is:

You'd need documentation on developing Perl modules.  But this is way
off-topic on this mailing list.

Also, if you'd want any kind of my involvement in this, it'd be the
most straightforward for me to deliver the finished thing to you,
provided that your company would compensate for my time.  Please
